    Jackie supports all young people and is the first port of call for 17 to 24 year olds providing crisis intervension, resettlement and welfare support, offering short term emergency accommodation. Jackie's work is largely multi-agency and ongoing resettlement support is provided to all young people which includes; personal development and independent living skills sessions.

    As the centres’ Community Development Co-ordinator Jo manages the community projects such as the Job Club, Personal Development sessions and Independent Living, foodstore, drop in sessions, benefit and welfare. She also provides resettlement and welfare support for the over 25's. As part of the community provision Jo manages the sessions aimed at children and young people including Sports Rangers.

    Megan's job role is to support Jo in the running of all the community based projects running from the Hinge Centre. Megan is the lead worker for employability support including Job Club but she also supports the Personal Development sessions and Independent Living for young adult’s sessions. Megan supports the sessions aimed at children and young people including sports rangers.

    As a resettlement officer, Natalie offers support around homelessness or housing issues. Working alongside SASH charity Natalie facilitates nightstop (which is emergency accommodation) and supports young adults placed in their supported lodging scheme. Natalie also provides support to ensure those assisted into accommodation develop the skills to sustain their tenancy through one to one personal development sessions and outreach floating support.

    Lucy's job role, along with Megan, is to support Jo in the running of all the community based projects running from the Hinge Centre. This includes benefit and welfare support, job club, resettlement for over 25s, crisis drop in appointments in addition to facilitating sessions and services.

    At the Hinge centre Zoe supports all the community based projects but a key aspect of her role is to plan, prepare and facilitate the independent living skills sessions for both young adults and adults with learning disabilities. Zoe also provides one to one personal development support for those whose support needs require them and she assists with the fortnightly community foodstore

    As the arts & crafts facilitator, Fiona is responsible for therapeutic arts and crafts sessions delivered at the centre for all ages and abilities. Sessions include knitting, sewing, paper crafts, needle-crafts and everyone is welcome regardless of ability.

    As a sports Ranger Roan facilitates the after school sessions on a Monday and Friday which are aimed at providing fun, active and child led sports and play activities for the Children and Young people living local to the Hinge centre.

    As one of the team of Sports Rangers, Mia supports the twice weekly sports and play, child led sessions based at the local sports hall or field. These sessions are aimed at providing fun and active sessions for children living in close proximity to the Hinge centre.
